Since starting my original business in Ireland in April 1993, I have chosen independence – advising employers from their side of the table and bringing clarity to decisions that carry reputational, financial and human consequences.

Over more than three decades, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional organisations, leaders, colleagues and professional advisers across different countries and cultures. Their perspectives have challenged my thinking, deepened my experience and continually shaped the services I provide.

This journey ultimately brought me to Warsaw and led to the creation of Imaginari.

I believe that employer funded insured financial protection, retirement savings, and employee share ownership should be viewed as more than benefits, products, or administration arrangements.

They represent leadership commitments to the people in the organisation – and require independent judgement, financial prudence, robust governance and thoughtful stewardship.

Today, Imaginari brings an independent employer-side perspective through four areas of focus:

• de Medici: applying forensic financial oversight to retirement savings administration, investments, charges and governance.
• Columbus: Introducing approved structures that can turn annual reward into long-term employee share ownership.
• Copernicus: helping Polish employers align their international employee benefits strategy with local legal, tax, regulatory and cultural realities.

I continue to work quietly with business leaders – collaborating with trusted specialists where appropriate – to question accepted thinking, strengthen oversight and translate organisational intent into clearly communicated commitments and responsibly delivered outcomes.
